1. DATA COLLECTED
When registering for Inceptrix 3.0, we collect team names, participant names, collegiate emails, phone numbers, GitHub/portfolio links, college names, year of study, dietary requirements, and T-shirt sizes.
2. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
Your information is utilized solely for event coordination, safety management, badge issuance, meal planning, and communication of schedule updates or shortlists.
3. SPONSOR & TALENT SHARING (OPT-IN)
Only participants who explicitly check the opt-in talent consent box during application will have their GitHub profiles and resumes shared with official hiring sponsors for internship or employment consideration.
4. MEDIA & EVENT RECORDING CONSENT
Photographs and video recordings will be captured during opening keynotes, hacking pods, mentorship reviews, and prize ceremonies for aftermovies and promotional archives.
