TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying for or entering Inceptrix 3.0 at Jain University, all participants, teams, and attendees agree to these terms.

1. ELIGIBILITY

Participation is open to bona fide undergraduate and postgraduate students with a valid college identity card. Teams must consist of 2 to 4 members.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY SOVEREIGNTY

All intellectual property rights in projects conceived and developed during the hackathon remain the exclusive property of the respective builders. Neither the university nor sponsors claim ownership or licensing rights without explicit mutual agreement.

3. DISQUALIFICATION & DECORUM

The organizing committee reserves the right to disqualify any team found guilty of plagiarism, behavioral misconduct, damage to university infrastructure, or breach of safety rules.
